At ArthEQ, trust is foundational to everything we do. Learn how we protect your data, respect your privacy, and responsibly use AI.

Our Commitments

Security by Design

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our services in standard configurations.

Privacy First

We do not sell your personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Responsible AI

We do not use your meeting content, survey/feedback content, or other Customer materials to train machine learning or AI models for general-purpose model improvement.

Transparent Practices

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service clearly describe how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal information.

Data Minimization & Retention

We design our Services to limit collection to what is reasonably necessary. Meeting-related content is deleted after 7 days by default.

Limited Subprocessors

We use a vetted, limited set of subprocessors — each contractually obligated to use personal information only to provide services to us.

Security

Infrastructure & Hosting

Our production Services and primary data stores are hosted in the United States on U.S.-region AWS cloud infrastructure. Amazon Web Services provides industry-leading physical and network security, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other certifications at the infrastructure level.

Encryption

We use encryption in transit (TLS) for data transmitted between your browser and our services in standard configurations. We continuously work to mature our encryption and security practices over time.

Administrative & Organizational Controls

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. This includes access controls, security monitoring, and incident response procedures.

Acceptable Use

Vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, load testing, or similar security testing against the Services requires ArthEQ's prior written consent. Unauthorized attempts to probe, scan, or circumvent security are prohibited under our Terms of Service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, nothing in our policies should be understood as a guarantee that our Services meet any specific certification, audit standard, or compliance framework.

Privacy

No Data Sales

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Minimal Data Collection

We design the Services to limit what we collect to what is reasonably necessary to provide the functionality you (or your Customer) use.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EEA/UK/Swiss individuals have rights under GDPR.

Responsible AI Practices

No Model Training on Your Data

We do not use your meeting content, survey/feedback content, or other Customer materials to train machine learning or other AI models for general-purpose model improvement. We process content only to provide the Services you request — such as transcription, summarization, survey analytics, or coaching-style outputs within the product.

Purpose-Limited Processing

AI-assisted features are intended to help you analyze or work with information you (or your Customer) choose to connect. We process meeting-related and organizational feedback content consistent with our agreements and only for delivering the requested functionality.

Human Oversight Recommended

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including legal, medical, tax, or HR advice). You are responsible for human review and for how you use outputs.

Vetted AI Partners

We use a limited, vetted set of AI service providers (including OpenAI for model inference and AssemblyAI for speech-to-text), each bound by contractual obligations regarding data handling and confidentiality.
